- Synopsis
This short film is about a tragedy that happened in Brazil. In 2019, a mining dam of a big private company collapsed and provoked tremendous damage in a city called Brumadinho, in the state of Minas Gerais. Toxic mud invaded the surrounding areas, killing many people, contaminating the Paraopeba river with heavy metals and toxic substances, killing fish, animals and plants. It was one of the worst environmental catastrophes in the history of Brazil.
