The film presents the path that Zé Diabo takes in the process of making the orixá tools while reoccupying his workshop on the historical Ladeira da Conceição da Praia. Permeated by stories of José Adário and his knowledge as a religious priest, the short captures the images of his daily life – from the junkyard to the workshop – apprehending details that carry the mysteries about the process of transforming pieces of iron into sacred objects, revealed by fire and by Ogun, the blacksmith orisha.
